The Isle of Wight is another place in England we’ve planned on visiting for the longest time and somehow hadn’t quite gotten round to it… that is, until a few weeks ago when we finally went, armed with so many strong recommendations from locals.
Typically, the Isle of Wight is somewhere most people would look to visit in summer (it’s the busiest time of the year on this lovely English island) however, visiting out of season does have its perks! (Everything’s so much cheaper – off-season prices plus more availability and you do get a whole lot of the island to yourself).
